Gloucestershire Care Providers Association (GCPA) invites your organisation to apply to exhibit at the GCPA Conference 2024 – ‘Digitising Gloucestershire’. If you wish to do so, please complete the Exhibitor Application Form by following this link.

A whole day of exhibition time with GCPA delegates at £750!

The conference will take place on Wednesday 5^th June 2024 and will be held at Cheltenham Racecourse. The conference programme begins at 9:00am with delegates departing at 4:30pm. This year’s digital theme will be showcasing the best of innovation as we improve the quality of care provided through digital solutions.

The conference will be structured so as to maximise contact time for our exhibitors with delegates. Delegates will be staggered across various workshops during the day, with dedicated time for you to spend time with them throughout.

Exhibitors will be able to access the venue from 7:00am and will be set up in the Hall of Fame. There is no access to the venue prior to the morning of the conference.

All exhibitors will be provided with lunch, snacks and refreshments throughout the day. Due to space, only two people from each organisation will be able to attend the Conference.

Display materials will not be available at the Racecourse, if you require these you will need to make your own arrangements. However, a table and two chairs can be provided per exhibition space.

There are a limited number of exhibition spaces available this year, this application form does not guarantee you a space. GCPA will contact you to let you know if you have been successful with your application and to arrange payment.

Terms and Conditions

1. Completion of the exhibitor application form does not guarantee you an exhibition space.
2. GCPA will be in contact to notify all applicants of the outcome and to arrange payment.
3. If successful, you are fully aware that payment must be settled in full by 8^th May 2024 or your space will be forfeited.
4. If you are unsure of the price that you are required to pay, please get in contact with GCPA for clarification.
5. If you cancel the booking, you will be charged the following cancellation fees:
   1. 4 weeks before event (8^th May 2024) – 50%
   2. 2 weeks before event (22^nd May 2024) – 100%

6. If GCPA must cancel the event, all fees already received will be returned in full. We will not refund any other costs that you may have incurred.
