Experiences of managers and leaders in the adult care sector in England in the post-COVID-19 pandemic.

WHY: We are seeking to understand your work-related experiences post-COVID-19 pandemic.

HOW: We will conduct MS Teams and face-to-face interviews lasting about 60 minutes or less. We will look at topics related to staff wellbeing, and work-related and practice-related challenges in the care sector.

WHERE: This could be on MS Teams or face-to-face. WHEN: The study is currently running until the end of April 2024.
